VESPVET provides an online platform for:

  • Buying and selling used veterinary equipment;
  • Searching a directory of Canadian veterinary equipment distributors;
  • Accessing a directory of construction professionals experienced with veterinary clinics.

VESPVET is strictly a facilitator of listings and directories and is not a party to any transaction or interaction between users. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any products, services, listings, or businesses featured on the Website.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • The Website Owner is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability in connection with:
    • The condition, legality, safety, authenticity, or functionality of any item or service offered or purchased through the Website;
    • The truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of any listings or directory entries;
    • Any transactions, communications, or disputes between users, whether online or offline;

  • Behave ethically and respectfully, avoiding fraud, harassment, or manipulation of the platform;
  • Not circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Website’s moderation or enforcement systems.

6. Account Suspension and Content Removal

  • The Website Owner reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to remove any listing, post, or user account, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.

  • The Website contains listings and links to third-party businesses, services, and websites.

  • Any business engagements or transactions with third parties are exclusively between the user and the third party. VESP/VESPVET bears no responsibility for the outcome of such interactions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Website Owner, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including legal fees) resulting from:

9. No Agency or Partnership
